Shipping Cost
Shipping starts at $40, but some countries will exceed $40. For example (South Africa, Brazil, India, Pakistan, Israel, etc.) The basic freight (for package ≤0.5kg or corresponding volume) depends on the time zone and country. It does not include any taxes, insurance, handling, duty (including but not limited to tariffs) or other similar charges, payment of which will be solely your responsibility. The actual freight varies according to specific situations.
Important Cost Information
- Base rate $40 applies to packages up to 0.5kg
- Special rates for mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan (SF EXPRESS: $20 for ≤0.5kg)
- Contact our sales team for accurate rates on packages over 0.5kg
- Rates do not include taxes, duties, or other import fees
Shipping Method
Indctl ships component orders from China to most countries in the world. We currently provide the delivery by FEDEX/ DHL/ TNT in that order.
Special Notice for European Countries
At present, only FEDEX logistics channel is available in the following European countries (Germany, UK, France, Italy, Spain). The DHL is only available if the weight exceeds 5KG.
Using Your Own Shipping Account
Customers could also use their own UPS/FedEx/TNT/DHL express accounts to ship their goods. Please choose 'Use my own shipping account' and fill in the page of shipping address and shipping methods.
Matters Needing Attention
USD$40 is within 0.5kg only, USD$20 for SF EXPRESS is within 0.5kg only for mainland China, Hong kong China. Taiwan China. please confirm with our sales team when more than 0.5kg. The basic freight (for package ≤1kg or coresponding volume) depends on the time zone and country (goods will arrive in 2~5 business days) it does not include any taxes, insurance, handing, duty (including but not limited to tariffs) or other similar charges, payment of which will be solely your responsibility The actual freight varies according to specific situations.
Delivery Time
Regarding in stock parts, orders can generally be ready to ship within 4 hours. Indctl ships orders once a day at about 5 pm. except Sunday. Once the goods are shipped, estimated delivery time depends on the shipping methods you chose:

FedEx International
DHL eCommerce VS DHL Express
They both belong to DHL, but are in different business directions.
The big difference lies in the transport rate:
- •DHL eCommerce — slower, like the airmail. When the parcel arrives at the destination country, the destination post office will be responsible for the transportation.
- •DHL Express — faster.

Track Your Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
